Transcripts are the raw material behind Yuzu’s videos, search, deals, and intelligence.

Sources

Transcripts can come from:
  • Connected notetakers.
  • CRM/provider imports.
  • Zapier or webhook sources.
  • Manual upload or pasted transcripts.

Processing steps

After a transcript arrives, Yuzu can:
  1. Classify the call type.
  2. Resolve the buyer account or deal when metadata is available.
  3. Extract insights, quotes, objections, and next steps.
  4. Index full-call chunks for moment search.
  5. Trigger eligible TLDR or draft workflows based on autopilot settings.

Assignment

If Yuzu cannot confidently identify the customer, the transcript remains visible as unassigned. Assign it to a new or existing deal so future search, recaps, and drafts use the right context. If Yuzu cannot confidently identify the owner, the transcript stays with the workspace admin or integration owner. Admins can assign it to the right member from the transcript workflow. Yuzu keeps one canonical transcript per provider meeting. If a notetaker sends the same meeting through more than one path, Yuzu dedupes it instead of creating a copy for every matching teammate.

Visibility

Admins can see workspace transcripts. Members see transcripts assigned to them. This same ownership scope is used by Library, Deals, TLDR videos, and Cmd-K answer evidence.
