Yuzu Notetaker is the native meeting capture path for teams that want recordings and transcripts to arrive in Yuzu without routing through another notetaker provider.

What it does

After the native app is connected to a workspace, completed calls can sync back into Yuzu. Synced meetings use the same intake path as other transcript sources:
  • The transcript is attached to the workspace and owner.
  • Yuzu classifies the meeting type.
  • Buyer calls can be attached to a deal or left as an unassigned call.
  • Eligible sales calls can create next actions, TLDRs, business-case pages, email drafts, and other seller work based on workspace automation settings.

Connect the native app

Open Settings -> Notetaker and choose Yuzu Notetaker. Follow the connection flow in the native app so it knows which workspace should receive completed calls. Once connected, the settings page should show the integration as active.

What arrives in Yuzu

When a meeting completes, Yuzu receives the meeting title, participants when available, recording or transcript metadata, and transcript text. The meeting then appears in the same call and deal surfaces as Fireflies, Fathom, Granola, Circleback, HubSpot, and Zapier transcripts.

Troubleshooting

If a native meeting does not appear:
  • Confirm the native app is connected to the intended workspace.
  • Check whether the meeting has finished processing in the native app.
  • Open Settings -> Notetaker to confirm the integration is still active.
  • Check unassigned calls if Yuzu could not confidently identify a buyer or deal.
The native notetaker does not change approval behavior. Autopilot and review settings still control whether Yuzu generates, queues, or waits for approval on buyer-facing work.
