Workspace metrics

  • Clients touched: distinct buyer accounts or deals with recent activity.
  • Calls indexed: completed calls that have been classified and indexed.
  • Next-step coverage: how often indexed calls include a clear next step.
  • Classification rate: the percentage of calls classified into useful call types.

Buying signals

  • Objections and blockers: concerns, blockers, or risk signals captured from calls.
  • Unanswered questions: education gaps or open customer questions.
  • Next steps: explicit follow-up items captured from the conversation.

Client momentum

  • Stalled clients: buyer contexts with no recent buyer touch or engagement after the latest call.
  • Link views: public Yuzu Link views.
  • Engagement score: a combined signal from link views, video plays, completions, CTA clicks, and recent activity.

Team coverage

Team coverage compares activity and customer coverage across reps without showing another rep’s private call moments to a scoped user. Metrics include average coverage, recap count, CTA clicks, and classification coverage.
