A direct Otter integration is on our roadmap, but the production setup flow isn’t yet exposed in the Yuzu UI. In the meantime, Otter transcripts can flow into Yuzu through Zapier with no loss of fidelity.
Status: Beta. Use Zapier as the bridge until the direct integration is generally available.

Follow the Zapier setup guide to connect your Yuzu workspace.

Build a Zap with Otter as the trigger

Use Otter’s Zapier integration to fire on New Conversation (or your preferred trigger). Map the transcript text and metadata to Yuzu’s webhook fields.

Test the Zap

Run a short Otter conversation. The transcript should appear in your Yuzu transcripts list within a minute.
