# Calendar

> Review synced meetings, create Google Calendar invites, and share booking links from Yuzu.

Calendar is the workspace view for meetings that live on your connected Google Calendar. Use it to see what is already scheduled, create new invites, and share a booking link without leaving Yuzu.

## What the calendar shows

The calendar page shows events from the month you are viewing. When you move to a different month, Yuzu fetches that date range so old and upcoming events can appear without waiting for the background sync window.

Each event can show:

* Event title
* Time range
* Location or Google Meet link
* Attendees and response status
* Attachments
* Calendar source link

Open an event to inspect the details, join the meeting, open the event in Google Calendar, RSVP, reschedule, or cancel it.

## Create an event

Click **New event** to create a Google Calendar event from Yuzu. Guests you add receive a real calendar invite from your connected calendar account.

You can add:

* Title
* Date and time
* Guest emails
* Description
* Attachment links

After the event is created, Yuzu syncs your calendar again so the new meeting appears in the calendar grid.

## Booking links

Click **Booking link** to create or edit your public scheduling link. Yuzu auto-provisions one link per user the first time you open this panel.

Booking links let someone pick an open time at `/book/[slug]`. You can configure:

* Handle
* Active or paused state
* Meeting duration
* Days ahead to offer
* Timezone
* Working days and hours
* Public title

When someone books a time, Yuzu re-checks the slot against your current calendar availability before creating the event. The booker gets a calendar invite, and the meeting lands on your Google Calendar.

<Note>
  Booking links currently validate against the owner's primary Google Calendar. If a conflict only exists on a secondary calendar, the slot may still appear available.
</Note>

## Deal meeting invites

Some deal next actions ask you to schedule a meeting. Those actions open a review dialog instead of a blank task. Yuzu pre-fills the deal contact emails, proposes a reasonable time, and creates a real Google Calendar invite when you send it.

If Yuzu already sees an upcoming meeting with one of the deal contacts, the scheduling action can resolve itself so you do not need to mark it done manually.

## Requirements

Calendar features require a Google account connected with Calendar access. If you only connected Gmail, open **Settings -> Integrations** or **Settings -> Email** and reconnect Google with the additional Calendar permissions.

See [Google Calendar](/integrations/calendar) for connection details.
